Dear clients, associates, colleagues, family and friends,
Over the past decade or so, to help people improve their incomes, I`ve studied the best tools and practices in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). (I understand a good CRM system to be The Tool for performing a well-developed Marketing Plan.) During that time, I`ve seen many changes and improvements. Last week I had occasion to update this research.
To benefit you and those you know, I am freely sharing the below findings. As you can see, I`ve developed twenty-one criteria with which I score thirty-one applications. (More information about these findings is available on the Improve Income page.)
For many years, although it has a "clunky" look and feel, because I find it delivers the most functionality at the least cost, my favorite app has been crmpro.com which, as you can see, much to my own surprise considering its maturity, ranks #1 when evaluated objectively according to the below criteria.
I was also delighted to discover another app that is very similar to it, but with a much more modern look and feel: karmacrm.com, which, although it's ranked #7 below, is my personal second favorite because of its affordability, short learning curve, thorough integration, and robust features.
Although Karma is faster and prettier, I`m still sticking with crmpro.com because it does web forms; and for me, its other advantages don`t justify switching. I also find that, paradoxically, although it's an older application, crmpro.com works better on my new Samsung S5 smart phone than Karma does. So be encouraged that if you`re using crmpro.com, you chose well. In today`s market, it remains superior.
If you aren't using a real CRM yet, I encourage you to pick your best fit from this list and let me help you learn to use it easily and rapidly - with minimal disruption, frustration, and delays, and maximal effectiveness.
