Data entry still follows a simple "Plan Your Work / Work Your Plan" paradigm.
"The Board" helps prioritize work flow on a FIFO (First In, First Out) basis versus the Crisis Management "Squeaky Wheel" basis so prevalent in busy shops.
All columns can be sorted or grouped with one click.
Complete Gantt-style project management time line charts are also available.
Mitchell - QuickBooks Integration. In the auto service & repair industry, Mitchell has been THE standard for managing estimating & invoicing. Think of it as a combined Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Inventory module for the auto industry.
In May 2013, Mitchell developed an application that integrates it with QuickBooks. The integration process can be tricky; but if you get it right, life suddenly becomes much easier, enabling you to build trust and goodwill with your customers by providing them with coherent, accurate account statements that can be especially handy when dealing with larger, longer-lasting projects involving multiple billings and payments. This integration also gets the receivables, payables, and inventory where they belong: onto your QuickBooks balance sheet, enabling you to manage your business more confidently, knowing that all the financial details you need to make wise, informed decisions are together and right. Mitchell's competitor, Alldata, also has a QuickBooks integration feature. As of April 2015, the process is out of your hands, managed by Alldata Tech Support. It requires setting an appointment with them and waiting. Unlike Mitchell, Purchase Orders and Accounts Payable are not integrated. For help integrating either with QuickBooks, please contact us. |
